My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, while not very spacious, were functionally furnished and clean, providing a comfortable experience. The service was friendly, attentive, and professional, enhancing our trip with helpful assistance and arrangements. The location was prime, right in the heart of Hamra, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. The dining experience could have been better in terms of variety and quality. Although the facilities were decent, there were some areas that could be improved to elevate the guest experience.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious with a balcony, and despite being close to lively Hamra Street, it was reasonably large. The service was top-notch, with helpful and professional staff, especially thanks to the night Manager Mr Bashar, who made my experience extremely pleasant. The location was excellent, just two doors down from bustling Hamra St The dining experience was below average with limited items but met expectations for the price offered.
